We want to make sure you get the most out of every training session, that’s why we’re giving you either 30 or 60 minutes of some serious 1-on-1 time with our the areas most experienced trainers. All Trainers have College Degrees in Exercise Science, and are certified through, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- Small Group Personal Training Sessions | 2-4 person group
Whether you need them for moral support or just additional motivation, bring up to three friends with you and sign up for a small group training session. After 30-60 minutes you’ll feel like a group of comic book super heroes.
- Health & Fitness Assessments |
Our specialized fitness assessments will allow us to establish a baseline to track your improvements over time. We’ll start by gathering all sorts of scientific data; height, weight, body mass index, body fat % and various circumference measurements. We’ll ask a few health history questions and help you identify your health and fitness goals.
