Favorite Cheat Meal:  I definitely believe in moderation. Everything in Moderation. I just love good food! If I know something I like is not necessarily the healthiest, I find a clean way to make it.

Quote:  “Good, Better, Best. Never Let It Rest. Until Your Good is Your Better, and Your Better is Your Best.“ – Tim Duncan.

Hobbies:  I never stay still! I love sports, arts ‘n’ crafts, singing, reading, dancing, cooking, outdoor activities, learning new hair and beauty tricks, hanging with my church family. My biggest hobby is probably learning. I love learning everything about EVERYTHING!

Why:  I believe God purposed each and every person with something in this lifetime and none of us will be fully satisfied until we discover it and pursue it endlessly. Transforming lives through health, fitness, love, and encouragement is simply part of my purpose. I won’t be satisfied until I transform myself and help transform as many others as possible.

Favorite Equipment:  I love weights! There is so much you can do with different types of weights. You can create a lean figure, build size, just work on strength, or train for power, etc.  … There is just so much!

Ultimate Fitness Goal:  I don’t have an event goal or any certain number/size I’m trying to reach. I just have a goal to feel healthy and good in my own skin. My big goal is to help countless others feel that way too! Love the skin you’re in!

Favorite Cheat Meal: Ice Cream, because who doesn’t love Carl’s?

Quote: “Be Humble. Be Hungry. And always be the hardest worker in the room.” Dwayne Johnson

Hobbies: I enjoy anything outdoors, but really love to deer hunt. I enjoy working, lifting, and spending time with my family whether its out on the boat or playing corn hole in the front yard.

Why: To see the joy in people’s faces as they conquer goals and achievements that they never thought possible. To see progress mentally and physically. To show people that the hard work and dedication will pay off.  .

Favorite Equipment: I like abstract stuff like tractor tires, hay bales, steel, logs, cinder blocks, buckets of sand, etc. Inside a wellness facility, I would say my favorite equipment would be barbells because of the pure power your body generates to lift a loaded barbell, whether its doing deadlifts, power cleans, squats, etc.

Ultimate Fitness Goal: Become a members of the 1,000 Club. Squat, Deadlift, Bench.

Favorite Cheat Meal/Philosophy of Food: I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet.  I don’t deprive myself of any foods that I really love… no “cheating” for me! It’s all about balance.

Quote: “A man who wants something will find a way; a man who doesn’t will find an excuse.” –Stephan Dolley, Jr.

Hobbies:  My favorite days are those spent playing in the woods exploring new trails with my running buddies. I also love collecting cookbooks and trying new recipes.

Why: I am passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and wellness and reach their personal nutrition and fitness goals. In order for me to do this effectively, I have to practice what I preach and strive every day to live a more healthy, active, and balanced life.

Favorite Equipment: Definitely the body! A lack of equipment is never an excuse to skip a work out.

Ultimate Fitness Goal: Run (and finish!) a 100 miler to celebrate my 50th year of life. This gives me until January 2017 to get this in the books!

Favorite Cheat Meal: I Try not to think of foods with less nutritional value as cheating, and focus on a balance, but I would have to say a brownie sundae.

Quote: “The only bad workout is the one the didn’t happen.”

Hobbies:  I love trail running/hiking and keeping up with my blog!

Why: I love helping others work towards their personal goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their attainable goals with hard work and dedication.

Favorite Equipment: Functional trainer/cable attachments. This piece of equipment is so versatile. I love incorporating the different cable exercises into my workout routines to add variety.

Ultimate Fitness Goal: I completed my first full marathon but had to walk a little towards the end. I would love to run another full marathon and say I completed it without walking at all!
